Sales Consultant / Product Specialist

Stuteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Poteau s looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as Automotive Sales Consultants.

Whether you have previous sales experience or come from a customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other people-focused background, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make. Your job is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and help them find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.

• →Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
• →Learn about customers' needs, wants, and budget
• →Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• →Guide customers through the purchase process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• →Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• →Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• →Continuously develop product knowledge and industry expertise

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
