WE ARE SEEKING QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN A LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN. AS A KEY MEMBER OF OUR SERVICE TEAM, YOU WILL PLAY A CRICIAL ROLE IN ENSURING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. APPLY NOW TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!
What does an A Level Automotive Technician Do?
- Perform advanced diagnostic procedures on engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems.
- Complete complex repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission replacements.
- Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot drivability and electrical issues.
- Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Provide leadership by mentoring and training B-level technicians.
- Conduct final quality checks on vehicles before customer delivery.
- Accurately document work performed and maintain compliance with warranty and dealership requirements.
- Stay current on new automotive technology and participate in ongoing training.
- Assist service advisors with technical explanations for customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of advanced diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
- Proficiency with scan tools and specialized equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to complete complex repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission replacements.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

- Complete work within established timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Provide mentorship to develop the next generation of technicians.
