Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on connecting with customers and driving results? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the face of our company—supporting existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and cold calls.
  • Match products and services to customer needs, providing accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and submit orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activity, leads, and account status to management.
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education a plus.
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience; fluid power experience is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
