We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

To support the continued scaling of our Enterprise Engineering and the rollout of AI across the business, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects. In this role, you will drive mainly AI-oriented initiatives end-to-end, from GenAI enablement, to the security and AI observability foundations that make these capabilities safe, measurable, and sustainable at scale. You will collaborate across Enterprise Engineering, Security, Data, and business stakeholders, and partner with other TPMs to align technical execution with strategic intent. Given the cross-functional nature of AI projects, you'll navigate differing team processes, expectations, and decentralized reporting, and establish a sustainable, frustration-free operating model that enhances accountability, delivery efficiency, and predictability while breaking down silos and accelerating enterprise-wide AI maturity.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Is experienced in Program or Project Management
  • Has working familiarity with the Gen AI landscape (LLMs, copilots, agents, evaluation, responsible AI) and is comfortable owning programs in fast-evolving technical domains
  • Understands the foundations of enterprise security and observability and can drive programs that bake these in by design, not as an afterthought
  • Is well organised and comfortable planning and tracking progress across multiple teams, vendors, and parallel work streams
  • Can easily identify different stakeholder needs and is able to evaluate, communicate, and mitigate technical, delivery, and adoption risks
  • Is a strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively with engineering leaders, security and compliance partners, and senior business stakeholders
  • Has good understanding of software development lifecycle
What you'll be doing:
  • Drive enterprise AI programs end-to-end - Gen AI tooling rollout, internal copilots/agents, AI fluency and enablement, and the security & observability foundations underpinning them
  • Partner with Enterprise Engineering leadership on strategy and enablement: turning AI ambitions into a sequenced, fundable, and measurable roadmap
  • Provide a fresh perspective on how things are working and what could be improved, with a willingness to call out what isn't working
  • Enhance key processes, including status reporting, task tracking, and requirements gathering, to improve stakeholder communication and priority alignment
  • Balance immediate business needs with long-term project sustainability, simplifying delivery management while maintaining accountability
  • Improve communication by reducing noise, increasing cross-team awareness, and ensuring effective information sharing
  • Continuously stay on top of cross-cutting initiatives in AI
  • Foster organisation growth by promoting good practices
  • Collaborate and align regularly with other TPMs across Enterprise Engineering to ensure consistency in approach and a wider performance impact
