Growth Operations Program Manager (US-O)
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Develops, manages, and executes strategic programs and projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness for how we grow the business by partnering with cross functional business leaders and CCO leadership team.
• Leads the strategic development and execution of key training and development programs for business development function (training, analyst development, best practice sharing, etc.).
• Partners and collaborates with global and cross-functional stakeholders to adapt and implement global programs in line with North American business needs.
• Drives the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies that enable Growth teams with the information and clarity needed to deliver results.
• Evaluates and establishes programs that equip Growth, Account Teams, operational and functional stakeholders with the capabilities and engagement needed to support evolving commercial and customer objectives.
• Supports culture initiatives that drive connectivity between CCO functions (business development, solutions design, marketing & engagement, growth operations & strategy).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business administration, required.
• Eight to ten (8-10) years of minimum experience in Talent Management, Training & Development, Sales, Program Management, Project Management, Sales Operations, and/or Sales Enablement, required.
• Program management experience, required.
• Management experience, required.
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal skills, preferred.
• Outstanding presentation skills, preferred.
• Strong facilitation, time management and organizational skills, preferred.
• Ability to train groups of employees at all levels, preferred.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and leadership ability, preferred.
