Remote Client Account Associate (Non-Profit Accountant)

Responsibilities

- →Team-oriented — thrives in a small pod environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- →Adaptable — comfortable adjusting priorities and learning new systems as the pod evolves.
- →Client-minded — understands that bookkeeping is more than transactions, it is about building trust.
What You’ve Done…
- →A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- →5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience within the non-profit industry (e.g accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books monthly and preparing financial reporting and analysis).
- →1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite
- →Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred.
- →Capacity and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
- →Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- →Organized and efficient, with attention to deadlines and quality standards.
- →Effective communicator, capable of interacting with clients and collaborating within the pod.
- →Open to learning and growth, including use of automation and new delivery practices.
- →Passionate about delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.
- →Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.
