• →Ensures the highest level of customer service possible.
• →Displays respect and concern for all patients. 
• →Attends all clinic huddles and clinic monthly meetings. 
• →Drives company vehicles to and from individual patient care facilities/home per assigned schedule. 
• →Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle. 
• →Secures passengers' wheelchairs with restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip. 
• →Communicates with clinic staff or Center Director to report disruption of service. 
• →Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and fueling of assigned vehicle, as well as documenting, reporting, and/or correcting any deficiencies found during the inspection. 
• →Ensures vehicles are taken for maintenance/inspections as per maintenance/inspection schedule. 
• →Keeps records of trips, mileage, and accidents 
• →Alerts emergency medical services and clinic staff of any emergency patient may have during trip. 
• →Other Duties as assigned. 

• Applicant must have a minimum age of 25.   
• Clean Driving Record (MVP) in past 7 years 
• Clean Criminal Background  
• 2+ years progressive work experience in the healthcare transportation  
• 2+ years of customer service 
• Bi-lingual-English/Spanish required. 
• Experience with operating wheelchair securing devices. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current and valid state issued driver’s license in good standing 
• CPR/BLS Certified (Willing to obtain within 7 days of employment)
