Contract duration:- 2 months ext Duty hrs:- 10 hrs/ 6 days Location:- Ras Laffan Certification:- BIM 360 LICENSE, Revit 2020, Autocad 2019 Job description:- 1. Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment. 2. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model. 3. Work with Navisworks or similar tools for model review and conflict resolution. 4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation. 5. Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards 6. Manage Revit families and parametric components for electrical elements. 7. Assist with model-based quantity take-offs (QTOs) and material estimation. 8. Ensure models comply with project standards, industry codes, and company BIM protocols.
