You’ll join a highly collaborative IT team that globally supports employees across the company. We value teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning. This role is designed to help you build your skills with mentorship from more senior team members while directly contributing to smoother day-to-day IT operations.

Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity
Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team
Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale
Resolve basic support tickets and fulfill common service requests;
Provide end-user support (hardware, software, and access issues);
Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations;
Assist with the setup and repair of computer equipment;
Support IT team members on enterprise applications and IT projects;
Help with mobile device management (MDM) under supervision;
Document IT procedures and processes to build internal knowledge;
Contribute ideas to improve support processes and end-user experience.
Degree in IT or related field (or some equivalent practical experience);
Strong interest in IT support and operations; eager to learn and grow;
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Environment;
Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems and follow procedures;
Good communication skills — able to support non-technical users in a clear and friendly way;
Organized, proactive, and curious to explore new technologies.
