We are looking for a results-driven Automotive Sales Agent to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful car sales or bookings. You will be the first voice of Sylndr, guiding customers through their car-buying or selling journey and ensuring a smooth handoff to the next stage.

Contact potential customers via outbound and inbound calls

Qualify leads and understand customer needs (buying, selling, or financing a car)

Act as a focal point for Buyers & Sellers

Clearly explain Sylndr’s services, process, and value proposition

Book appointments, inspections, or follow-ups as required

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections professionally and confidently

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and trust

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or relevant

2 years of experience in Telesales is preferred

Proven experience in CRM Applications

Good knowledge about Cars & Automotive industry would be preferred
