HR Intern

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong data capturing and administration skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the applicable legislation, such as BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, etc.
• Understanding principles and procedures for HR related functions, such as recruitment, training, benefits, labour relations, etc.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

• →Filing, Scanning documents
• →HR Administration (assistance with preparation of HR documents, labour broker change forms)
• →Management of the onboarding process
• →Supporting the HR and business with employee queries
• →HR Systems Administration (Axio, Intranet, The hub, Greenhouse)
• →Payroll Administration (UI-19, Confirmation of employment, IRP5 etc)
• →HR Communication (new starter emails)
• →Assisting with CCMA case
• →Assistance with HR Projects
