• →Assist with daily onboarding and vetting of marketplace leads.
• →Manage Zendesk tickets and respond to seller enquiries within SLA timelines.
• →Support Salesforce task management and escalate stalled items when necessary.
• →Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• →Maintain accurate data and provide operational support to the Onboarding Coordinator.
