Talk360 was founded with a clear purpose: to become the most accessible and reliable calling app for African diaspora communities, both within Africa and abroad. For our users, calls are not transactional, they are emotional lifelines to family, friends, and essential support networks. When service quality drops, they feel it immediately. That responsibility drives everything we build.
Over the past years, Talk360 has grown into a global communications platform connecting 6+ million people worldwide last year. We successfully spun off our payments arm into NjiaPay, stepped into the gap left by the discontinuation of Skype, and achieved profitable growth from 2025 onwards, marking our transition from early-stage scale-up to a disciplined, sustainable business. Our ambition is bold: to become the world’s most reliable calling app and the trusted connection for anyone who needs to reach home.
As Head of Product, you are responsible for steering this next phase. You fully own driving product & tech development forward through aligning the roadmap with company KPIs and ensuring priorities are focused, balanced, and impact-driven. You translate strategy to the backlog, which is then shipped with measurable results.
You manage one Junior Product Manager and one UX/UI designer, while acting as the bridge between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution. You drive our product with our engineering team (1 Lead and 7 developers across mobile, backend and web) and collaborate with data, ops, marketing and support, ensuring product decisions are backed by strong technical execution and data insights. Through structured user research and strong backlog discipline, you remove friction in the customer journey and drive improvements in retention, conversion, reliability, and trust.
You are both hands-on and strategic. You lead by doing and by setting a standard. You are customer-obsessed and commercially sharp. And critically; you are not satisfied with good when great is achievable.
