Gear Valet Associate

SUMMARY     Maintain security and organization of guest’s equipment and personal items. Account for and organize guest equipment. Maintain security of guest equipment stored on site. Deliver for tune ups as requested and ensure that equipment is secured after service is complete.  Have excellent attitude.  Great customer service skills  Other duties as assigned. Sell and fulfill lift tickets, season passes and express cards    QUALIFICATIONS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions.  Must enjoy working and interacting with the public  Ability to multi task  Must be over 14 years of age Excellent computer skills    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE   Requires knowledge of computer hardware, word-processing, spreadsheet, and data base software, prefer experience with Microsoft Office.  Requires knowledge of business letter writing and business forms; office procedures, business English, including vocabulary, correct grammatical usage and punctuation, filing systems; and common office machines and their operation.  High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.     LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, members of the business community and fellow resort employees. Ability to effectively present information.    REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.    PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
