Administrator x2 – Maintenance Team

Location: Hull
Contract: Please specify which of the following you are applying for:


1x Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours per week)

1x Part-Time, Permanent (15 hours per week)



Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord dedicated to helping vulnerable people achieve independence through safe accommodation and tailored support. For over 30 years, we've been transforming lives through a trauma-informed and person-centred approach.


We are looking for 2 organised and proactive Administrators to join our Maintenance Team in Hull, providing essential administrative support to help deliver high-quality housing services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for  our operatives, contractors and partner agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and update information on internal systems
  • Book in repairs on our internal system and liaise with support 
  • Arrange contractor access and support maintenance operations
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, visitors and correspondence
  • Produce reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other administrative documents
  • Support office systems, databases and day-to-day administration
  • Liaise with external agencies and housing providers
  • Ensure records and communications meet organisational and quality standards
  • Ensure Compliance documents are up to date and record on the internal system


You will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience producing reports and taking meeting minutes
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
  • A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
