What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Operations Manager, you are the primary coach for our teams across the Charleston County School District. You will oversee all Cleaning Operations, ensuring our schools remain safe and pristine for students and staff. In this Facilities Area Manager role, you will: Interview, hire, and train high-performing custodial teams. Conduct site inspections and provide monthly reports to school leadership. Manage supply inventory and ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Resolve customer and employee issues with a focus on excellence and "Professional Coach" leadership. What You Bring To The Team Leadership: 2-5 years of supervisory experience or a college degree. Reliability: A valid driver's license for local travel between CCSD sites. Communication: The ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse workforce. Physicality: Ability to walk sites and lift up to 50 lbs as needed to support your team.
