What You’ll Do (Your Role as a Landscaper) As a Landscaper / Groundskeeper, you are the heartbeat of our outdoor operations. You’ll work with a high-energy crew to keep Winston-Salem looking its best. Mow, edge, and blow like a pro to maintain beautiful properties. Prune plants and trees and install mulch or seasonal flowers. Operate high-quality landscaping equipment and keep tools organized. Work outdoors with a great team of fellow Landscape Crew Members. What You Bring To The Team Experience: 1–3 years in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus! License: You must have a valid driver’s license.
