OtherHuman Resources Generalist

Telligen is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the people, compliance, and employee relations activities that enable our teams to grow successfully. This position will play a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience as Telligen grows our mission.

Employee Relations & HR Support

Serves as a resource to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.

Assists with employee relations matters, including coaching conversations, workplace concerns, corrective action documentation, and issue resolution.

Supports managers in the consistent application of policies and employment practices.

Training & Development Administration

Coordinates and administers employee training programs, compliance training, and required certifications.

Maintains training records and learning management system (LMS) data to ensure accurate completion tracking and reporting.

Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

Supports managers and employees with course enrollment, training schedules, and learning resources.

Generates training reports and monitors completion of required training to meet organizational and contractual requirements.

Assists in the development and continuous improvement of onboarding and training materials.

Compliance

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Assists with compliance audits, employment documentation reviews, record retention, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Assists in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

HR Operations

Partners with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support new hire onboarding and employee integration.

Supports large-scale hiring initiatives and workforce expansion projects.

Compiles reports and assists with analysis of HR metrics, compliance trends, and training effectiveness.

Supports special HR projects associated with organizational growth, change management, and workforce development initiatives.
