Customer Service Advisors (Full or Part Time)
Native French and German speaking advantageous 

Fixed Term Contracts until September 2026

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to help our customers at every stage of their TentBox journey. 

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service

You’ll build expert knowledge of our roof tents and accessories, supporting customers across WhatsApp, email, phone, social channels, and in our on-site HQ showroom. From first questions to post-purchase support, you’ll deliver a confident, white-glove experience that puts the customer first.

We’re after people who love helping others, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience delivering customer support through digital systems is a bonus.

What you’ll do

• Handle customer enquiries mostly via email and live chat (some phone and face to face)
• Provide clear, accurate information and first-class customer service
• Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Use internal systems to log interactions and follow processes
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable using IT systems
• Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and face to face
• A genuine desire to help people
• Experience in customer service is beneficial — full specific training provided
