Responsibilities

  • →Demand Creation: Proactively generate demand for utility vehicles among end users by understanding their operational challenges and positioning solutions that deliver value.
  • →Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier utility contractors to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • →Sales Execution: Drive utility vehicle sales through distribution channels, ensuring revenue targets and market share goals are met.
  • →Long-Range Planning: Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans for corporate accounts, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • →Conflict Resolution: Navigate and resolve conflicts between contractors, distributors, and internal teams to maintain strong partnerships.
  • →Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with distribution partners, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • →Performance Reporting: Track and report on account performance, pipeline development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the utility or heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of decision-making.
