Requirements

Five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, performing non-clinical case management for the VTARNG or a similar entity.
Two years of experience overseeing teams, including team coverage coordination, case status reviews, and leading meetings with client representatives (Deputy State Surgeon or similar).
Practical case management experience complying with:
- Army Medical Readiness Regulations (AR 40-501 – Standards of Medical Fitness; AR 40-502 – Medical Readiness; AR 40-66 – Medical Record Administration and Healthcare Documentation; AR 40-35 – Health Hazard Assessment Program).
- DOD Medical Readiness Systems and Policies (MEDPROS, MEDCHART, eCase, AHLTA / MHS GENESIS).
- Privacy & Information Protection Laws (HIPAA).
- Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) / Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) processes.
Prior experience as key personnel in a government contract; familiarity with contract planning (Project Management Plan), quality assurance (Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan), and reporting routines.
