Job Description:

The Client Advocate will be the primary contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion. This position will maintain regular communications with their portfolio of banks, as well as assist higher level teammates with basic support items.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients to collect feedback that will help drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases.
  • Facilitate recurring client meetings ensuring clear communication on commitments and timelines for an overall successful customer journey.
  • Coordinate internal resources - including Support, Modules, Implementation, and Engineering - to provide best in class service and a seamless customer experience.
  • Position may require some travel to ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to be a self-starter, including strong multi-tasking capabilities with a track record of managing multiple client accounts with shifting priorities and details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working with customers, proactive problem solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with our clients and bridge the gap between banking terms and Teslar Software functionality.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills.
  • Banking experience in Loan Operations, Commercial Lending, or related area preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software and tech savvy.
