The Senior Marketing Account Manager will manage the strategic, day-to-day marketing needs of agents in the West LA markets. Responsibilities range from training agents and encouraging brand adoption to creating listing and brand strategies, all in an effort to move the business of the agent forward. This individual will be responsible for their own book of business, but will function as part of a local and international team of talented marketers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the relationships with multiple agents, understanding their greatest business needs and how to utilize our marketing tools and resources to meet them
- →Active use of our proprietary tech system to create various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, listing collateral, and other industry-specific advertising
- →Lead liaison between local agents and our in-house creative team of designers, digital professionals, and content developers
- →Lead task groups as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Single Point of Accountability (SPOA)
- →Review of new listing descriptions and marketing materials for compliance, efficacy, and brand guidelines
- →Marketing training during the onboarding for new agent hires
- →Mentor SoCal Marketing Account Manager(s) to achieve performance goals.
- →Assume responsibility for Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) duties as needed
- →Perform other tasks as directed
- →5 days in the Brentwood office, with the ability to travel to other assigned offices.

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 USD
