At The Breakie Bunch, our infant teachers are basically superheroes… just with more bottles and a lot less sleep.

Your classroom is where trust begins. You’re the calm in the chaos, the safe place, the one who celebrates every tiny milestone like it’s the biggest win of the day.

A typical day includes:

• Snuggles, smiles, and yes… the occasional outfit change (yours and theirs)
• Creating a nurturing, safe, and loving environment
• Tracking feedings, naps, and milestones like a pro
• Talking, singing, and engaging—even when they can’t talk back yet
• Building strong relationships with families (this one matters A LOT)

We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, patience, and heart—while still jumping in and being part of a strong, supportive team.

• Are calm, patient, and deeply nurturing
• Can stay organized even when things get unpredictable
• Value teamwork and communication
• Believe encouragement matters just as much for coworkers as it does for kids

Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well

Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred)

CPR & First Aid Certified (we’ll provide if needed)

Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)

Love for teaching and strong commitment

Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities

Strong communication skills

Team player mindset
