Certifications Specialist (Clerical position)

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Certifications Specialist to join our dedicated Quality Control team in Lancaster, PA. This is a 1st shift position working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

• →Review mill certifications for both Lancaster and Williamsport plants, ensuring accuracy of material
• →Provide phone coverage for the department and act as the primary point of contact for outside inspectors
• →Preparing job files for outside inspectors and they begin fabrication
• →Provide bay sequencing and completion status
• →Maintain inspection notifications and weekend notifications
• →Data entry of material and paint information

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
• Experience with coordinating and scheduling project schedules in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Experience in and knowledge of steel fabrication processes
• Experience communicating with quality inspectors to ensure accuracy of materials and weekly production scheduling for our Lancaster fabrication facility
• Notary Public preferred, or willing to obtain
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to provide professional and courteous service to outside inspection agencies
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and SAP, required
