→Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and quality‑of‑care outcomes
→Lead talent acquisition efforts for clinical and non‑clinical roles, including workforce planning and targeted sourcing strategies
→Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives that promote compliance, competency, and engagement
→Manage employee and labor relations in a unionized environment, including investigations, discipline, grievance support, and collaboration with labor partners
→Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA, FMLA, and healthcare‑specific requirements
→Support performance management, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
→Leverage HRIS systems, reporting, and workforce analytics to inform operational and strategic decisions
→Partner with senior leadership on change management, culture‑building, and HR program development across care settings
