Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

•    Oversee daily operations across Inbound, Outbound, Etching, and MRP Labelling 
•    Ensure smooth execution of receiving, put away, picking, packing, and dispatching
•    Monitor productivity (UPH), accuracy, and turnaround time 
•    Supervise engraving/etching and ensure correct P-part and MRP labelling 
•    Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and process compliance 
•    Ensure on-time dispatch and effective coordination with transport teams 
•    Manage manpower, shift planning, attendance, and team performance 
•    Drive multi-skilling and cross-training initiatives 
•    Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a zero-incident culture 
•    Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
