Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

1.    Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and procedures within the warehouse environment
2.    Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
3.    Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement corrective actions
4.    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate warehouse performance related to quality metrics
5.    Lead investigations into quality issues, non-conformances, or customer complaints, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences
6.    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes with inventory management, shipping, and receiving
7.    Develop and deliver training programs to warehouse staff on quality procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements
8.    Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance, trends, and areas needing improvement
9.    Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse
