Join DP World as a Manager, FP&A based in Melbourne. Lead group financial planning and performance reporting, delivering budgets, forecasts, and insights, while partnering with operational teams to support decision-making and drive performance across the business.
Responsibilities

- →Deliver actionable commercial insights, analysis, and dashboards to support operational performance and strategic decision-making
- →Drive improvements in finance systems, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business insight
- →Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to translate financial data into strategy, performance improvement, and investment decisions
- →Lead governance across budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and accountability
- →Lead, mentor and develop finance team members through coaching, performance reviews and development planning.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, with CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualified
- Around 5–8 years’ experience in FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
- Experience in finance transformation, including systems and reporting improvements
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and dashboarding skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making
- Experience leading or mentoring finance teams
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, practical insights
- Good understanding of accounting standards, governance, and compliance
- Strong communicator with solid project delivery and stakeholder management skills
