Group System Analyst II

Key Responsibilities:

System Architecture and Configuration:

•              Lead the configuration, setup and optimization of Oracle Fusion SAAS(OTM&WMS) and PAAS.

•              Architect end-to-end solutions for business requirements, including advanced workflows, security, and user access configurations.

•              Ensure the system is optimized for scalability, security, and performance while aligning with best practices and business needs.

•              Oversee and execute complex configurations and integrations, ensuring the system runs smoothly across all modules.

Strategic Business Process Design and Solution Development:

•              Lead business process analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process optimization.

•              Work closely with Business Analyst, SME’s  to design solutions that meet both operational and strategic objectives.

•              Drive solution design sessions, ensuring that all business requirements are met with the appropriate technical configurations.

•              Design, implement, and manage integration strategies between Fusion Cloud modules and other enterprise systems (3rd Party systems).

System Integration and Data Management:

•              Oversee and manage complex integrations with third-party applications, ensuring data flows seamlessly between Fusion and other systems.

•              Develop and implement strategies for ensuring data quality and integrity during system transitions or upgrades.

•              Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from design and testing to implementation and post-implementation support.

•              Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with technical teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Leadership and Mentorship:

•              Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level system analysts, assisting with system configuration, troubleshooting, and system support.

•              Review and approve deliverables, ensuring that configurations, solutions, and documentation meet internal standards.

•              Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to team members and business stakeholders on system features, configurations, and best practices.

Testing, Quality Assurance, and Change Management:

•              Manage the testing lifecycle, including creating test plans, test cases, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT).

•              Ensure all system configurations are thoroughly tested to meet business requirements and performance expectations.

•              Manage and lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.

•              Monitor system performance post-implementation and address any issues that arise.

System Upgrades and Continuous Improvement:

•              Drive continuous improvement efforts, ensuring the system remains aligned with evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and technological advancements.

•              Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and recommendations to improve system functionality and user experience.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

•              Collaborate closely with SME’s, PM’s, and other business stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.

•              Act as a liaison between SME’s, technical teams, translating business requirements into system solutions.

•              Provide regular updates to PM’s regarding project status, risks, and system performance.

Our Global IT support center is in Hyderabad, India implementing and support various software solutions across the portfolio of its business across the world. The product scope encompasses the entire door-to-door global logistics activities by multiple transportation modes (Air, Sea, Land and Rail).  The product will be based on a cloud platform. Project management will be a customized version of the Agile Project Management methodology and will require coordination with remote development teams. The customers of the product are global and frequent travel is expected to client locations.

Education:

•              Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.

•              Relevant certifications, such as Oracle OIC, SOA and Other Integration Specialist or similar, are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

•              Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SAAS, PAAS and the Process flow P2P and OTM or WMS Flows, and system Integrations.

•              Strong experience in system integration, including data exchanges with third-party systems (e.g., OTM, WMS, Finance, SCM, HCM systems).

•              Strong experience in PLSQL,SQL, data querying, and reporting.

•              knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS architecture, and cloud security best practices.

Experience:

•              10 + years of experience in systems analysis, Oracle ERPs.

•              Experience with system integration and data migration within Oracle platforms is a plus.

•              Exposure to Other Integration platforms, data Integration between systems is desirable.

•              Solid understanding of ERP business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C etc).

•              Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and providing technical leadership.

•              Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
