Quality Inspector - Muskegon Area

• →Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• →Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs to verify product specifications.
• →Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality data.
• →Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• →Conduct first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards.
• →Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• →Participate in root cause analysis for defects and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, scheDmatics, and technical documents
• Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Additional certifications or training
