Quality Manager - Delta Township Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Quality Managers. • →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• →Oversee the investigation and resolution of product non-conformances and customer complaints.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.
• →Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• →Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
• →Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
