Quality Manager - Muskegon Area

• →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• →Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
