• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and coordination
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior technicians.
• Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., welding, hydraulics, electrical).
