Staff Accountant - Holland Area

• →Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and various balance sheet accounts.
• →Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close, including accruals and reclassifications.
• →Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• →Analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses, identifying key drivers.
• →Support external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• →Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and additions/disposals.
• →Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with inventory costing and analysis

• Additional certifications or training
