This is a seasonal position offered on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

→Assisting with the management of the F&B operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.
→Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional at all times.
→Multitasking and organizing with excellence, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding communication.
→Inspiring the team to execute the venues vision on a day-to-day basis by leading from the front.
→Being able to forward plan and prioritize to ensure smooth service.
→Working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
→Handling guest feedback and resolve potential issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
→Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

Have up to 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Management role in a high-quality environment.
Have exceptional product knowledge and a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
Proficiency in F&B management software (Shiji POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
