As the Manager of the US Vendor Support team, you are the architect of the experience our wedding professionals receive. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of 10–15 Support Agents, ensuring they have the tools, coaching, and strategic direction to turn every vendor interaction into a growth opportunity.
You are a champion of both people and data. While your team handles the front-line troubleshooting and technical hurdles, you will be focused on scaling operations, analyzing performance trends, and acting as a key stakeholder in cross-departmental initiatives. Your goal is to foster a culture of high EQ and technical mastery, ensuring TKWW remains the most trusted partner in the wedding industry.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Direct Management: Lead a team of 10–15 Support Agents, providing consistent coaching, 1-on-1 mentorship, and performance feedback.
- →Growth Culture: Oversee the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all team members, fostering internal career mobility and skill-building.
- →High EQ Coaching: Train and support the team in advanced de-escalation techniques and high-touch communication styles suitable for business owners’ reputations.
- →KPI Accountability: Own and report on team-wide metrics
- →Including but not limited to:
- →CSAT
- →Resolution time
- →Contact rate
- →Response time
- →Workforce Management: Monitor contact rates and productivity levels to ensure optimal staffing and "effortless" vendor experiences during peak seasons.
- →Process Innovation: Refine support workflows and advocate for the integration of AI-powered tools (chatbots, sentiment analysis, etc.) to drive efficiency without sacrificing the "human touch."
- →Voice of the Vendor: Aggregate recurring pain points and technical bugs from team data to provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering leadership.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product and Build teams to ensure a seamless handoff for vendors purchasing new or additional TKWW products.
- →Compliance & Reporting: Ensure 100% team compliance with data record-keeping in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- →Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience managing high-volume support or success teams (experience managing 10+ direct reports preferred).
- →Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to translate raw metrics (CSAT, productivity, etc.) into actionable team strategies and performance improvements.
- →CRM Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, and case management) is essential.
- →AI Literacy: Experience or high comfort level implementing and managing AI-driven support workflows to augment human performance.
- →Exceptional EQ: A "service ethic" that allows you to remain calm under pressure and lead a team through periods of high volume or organizational change.
- →Communication: Elite written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present team impact to executive leadership.
- →Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "always-evolving" environment where you must often make decisions with incomplete information.
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
