Are you an FHA DE Underwriter who loves strategic file structuring but hates tedious, manual data entry? Responsibilities

Demonstrated mastery of both DU and LPA (Automated Underwriting Systems) and hands-on proficiency with Encompass LOS

→

Deep working knowledge of FHA and conventional conforming guidelines; familiarity with VA, USDA, or bond/grant programs is a meaningful plus

→

A self-directed, high-accountability work style — you're energized by autonomy, not paralyzed by it, and you hold yourself to a high standard without someone looking over your shoulder

→

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; the ability to explain a complex credit decision clearly to an LO is just as important as getting the decision right

→

Must be authorized to work in the United States
