We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a highly organized HR operations professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

• Support and approve payroll processing for a multi-state multi-company workforce.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
• Partner with Finance to support audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Drive payroll process improvements.

• Maintain employee data integrity and security.
• Support upgrades, testing, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Support the development of dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Support UKG enhancements.

• • Coach and mentor team member(s).
  • Establish priorities and support development.
  • Ensure day-to-day administration is timely and accurate.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
• 5+ years of payroll, benefits, HRIS, or HR operations experience.
• Experience with UKG preferred.

• Job location is based at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters.
• Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours, with flexibility during peak periods or system implementations.
