What You’ll Do As a CMA, you’ll be an essential part of the patient care experience by helping ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent communication between patients and providers. Your responsibilities will include: Gathering and organizing patient information with accuracy and care Supporting providers with patient flow and clinical coordination Identifying patient needs and assisting with treatment interventions Enhancing communication between patients and the healthcare team Delivering compassionate, patient-centered support every day Comprehensive onsite training is provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.
