Location: Manchester Rural Health Clinic (MRHC) – Unity Medical Center, Manchester, TN Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift About the Role The Staff Pad has partnered with Unity Medical Center to hire a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for their Manchester Rural Health Clinic (MRHC). This is a full-time, day shift opportunity to join a collaborative outpatient team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Room patients and prepare them for provider visits Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Perform basic clinical and administrative duties to support clinic operations Ensure a positive, efficient patient experience Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices Experience with EHR systems and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Why Join Unity Medical Center?
