This is a great opportunity for both experienced and newly licensed clinicians looking to grow in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. You’ll work across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings, making a meaningful impact in a close-knit community. This role offers flexible scheduling, no productivity quotas, and a strong team culture built on trust and collaboration. What You’ll Do Provide safe, effective care under the supervision of Physical Therapists Support patient progress using evidence-based interventions Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams Ensure compliance with PT practice standards, EMR use, and safety protocols Participate in training, program development, and team initiatives What We’re Looking For Graduate of an APTA-accredited PTA program Active California PTA license Current BLS/CPR certification EMR proficiency and interest or experience in outpatient, acute, or SNF settings Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Why Join This Team? $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) Relocation Assistance up to $5,000 Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Retirement plans: 457(b) with employer match + pension Generous PTO, employee assistance program, and longevity bonuses Tuition assistance and additional employee perks About the Facility & Community Modoc Medical Center offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment where clinicians are supported in their growth and development.
