The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, client-focused law firm to identify a Probate Of Counsel Attorney to support their expanding caseload in the Austin market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced probate attorney seeking flexible, part-time work with a collaborative and reputable team. Position Overview: This role will focus on handling probate matters from start to finish, providing legal guidance, drafting documents, and supporting clients through the probate process. The firm is looking for someone who can operate independently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
