Assistant Learning Center Manager

• →Monitor and track students’ learning progress and communicate with parents as needed;
• →Maintain an orderly, focused, and encouraging classroom atmosphere;
• →Supervise and support a team of math tutors; assist with onboarding and training;
• →Create and manage weekly tutor schedules;
• →Prepare and print individualized student learning materials; maintain curriculum supplies;
• →Support the Center Director in maintaining high instructional quality and smooth day-to-day operations;
• →Assist with parent communications, follow-ups, and enrollment logistics

• Strong math and English skills;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Highly responsible and detail-oriented;
• Experience working with children is a plus;
• Are able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends

• Pay Rate:$22 - $25 per hour;
