Senior hands-on L2/L3 engineer responsible for daily operations, administration, and lifecycle management of enterprise mobile devices, wireless services, and endpoint mobility platforms.
Ensures secure, compliant, and reliable mobility services while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and customer experience expectations.
Administer Omnissa Workspace ONE/UEM including enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, groups, and app

deployment.

Maintain Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and zero-touch provisioning.
Provision, refresh, reclaim, wipe, retire, and redeploy mobile assets.
Serve as escalation resource for incidents involving enrollment failures, OS issues, app access, MFA, SIM/eSIM, and policy conflicts.
Manage carrier activations, suspensions, transfers, porting, plan changes, and roaming.
Produce dashboards on compliance, stale devices, cost usage, lifecycle status, and SLA performance.
Create SOPs, KBs, and automation improvements.
Manage enterprise app stores, app packaging, testing, and deployment.
Utilize PowerShell, Python, or bash scripting to automate device provisioning and management tasks.
