Reporting to Commercial leadership within Consulting, the Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Consulting vertical by managing high-priority client reporting, key operational metrics, and internal communication initiatives. This individual ensures that key Consulting priorities and change management are delivered in a smooth way, and Consulting clients receive top-tier reporting and data.
Responsibilities

- →Reporting: Generate, deliver and synthesize monthly and quarterly reports for top Consulting firms covering commercial usage and data.
- →Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on engagement gaps with clients to identify trends and areas for performance improvement.
- →Business Reporting: Support the generation and synthesis of client business reporting for key stakeholder presentations.
- → Operational Excellence & Compliance
- →Client Audits: Support the Commercial team in liaising with clients to perform regular audits and analyze historical data to ensure compliance.
- →Process Monitoring: Manage daily monitoring for specific client protocols and coordinate with cross-functional team members for automation improvements.
- →Internal Metrics: Track and report on internal efficiency and account health indicators.
- → Internal Coordination & Comms
- →Internal Updates: Support the weekly internal meetings and coordinate data gathering with SLT in the EU and US, and ensure cross-regional presentation alignment.
- →Financial and Invoice Reporting: Manage the monthly client invoicing collection and process. Perform regular invoice audits to ensure billing accuracy.
- 1-2 years of prior work experience
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to manage complex data sets and generate clean, actionable reports in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy required for invoicing, compliance monitoring, and client-facing audits.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to liaise with external client stakeholders and internal senior leadership.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to manage tasks with varying frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly) and prioritize "adhoc" requests effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience building buy-in and collaborating with cross-functional teams across global organizations.
- You are a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You are comfortable organising your tasks, owning your responsibilities, and prioritisring effectively while simultaneously acting as a daily resource for peers and senior leadership.
- You have a "resilient and resourceful" attitude when troubleshooting process bottlenecks and problem-solving a new challenge.
