Join our Korea Team and focus on expanding our China-based expert network to support the research and consulting needs of our Korean clients.

This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and engaging industry professionals across China based on specific project requirements from Korean clients. You will work closely with the Korea client-facing team to quickly understand client needs and connect them with highly relevant experts in the Chinese market.

Responsibilities

→Proactively identify and recruit China-based industry experts across a wide range of sectors through phone outreach, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
→Work closely with the Korea Team to understand Korean clients’ research needs and source Chinese experts with the most relevant industry backgrounds and experience.
→Engage, screen, and onboard suitable experts for 1:1 consultations with Korean clients.
→Continuously expand and strengthen our China expert network while building long-term relationships with high-quality industry professionals.
→Respond quickly to project requests and deliver relevant experts within tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly results-oriented environment.
→Achieve individual performance targets based on the number and quality of experts successfully recruited and onboarded.
