As a hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner, this role is essential in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for our Hong Kong office. While providing general recruitment support, the primary focus—comprising a significant majority of your workload—will be dedicated to commercial hiring for our Sales and Account Management teams plus experienced hires. You will collaborate with local leadership to design strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure robust selection and assessment processes are in place.

With a core responsibility for driving the pipeline generation for our commercial functions, you will be passionate about candidate experience and proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Conducting phone and face to face interviews, shortlisting candidates, developing proactive sourcing strategies and building talent pools using various recruitment channels
  • Execute talent research and market mapping to build and maintain talent pipelines of exceptional passive candidates for immediate and future hiring needs, specifically targeting commercial and experienced hires
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
  • Collaborate with senior team members to serve as a brand ambassador for Third Bridge at career fairs, info-sessions, networking, and other talent events, while developing and spearheading new initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates
  • Acts as trusted advisor in leveraging market insights, latest trends, salary insights, hiring recommendation and feedback to identify and execute enhancements to our recruitment strategies
  • Developing and managing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Assisting with general recruitment needs in the Hong Kong office, contributing to global talent acquisition initiatives, and supporting employer branding activities.
  • Continuously advance the Talent Attraction strategy by exploring innovative methods to secure exceptional talent from both within and outside the industry, collaborating with Marketing and internal stakeholders to build our employer branding and recruitment marketing frameworks.
  • Ensure all candidate profiles and talent pipelines within the ATS are accurately maintained and kept up to date.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience across various skill sets, alongside a proven track record of designing effective talent acquisition strategies across Sales and other commercial roles.
  • Previous experience within the Finance, investment & asset management sector with proven track record of successfully converting passive sales and account management professionals using multiple channels. 
  • We’re looking for a recruitment expert who is proactive, self-managing, and capable of balancing high-volume commercial hiring with general recruitment needs.
  • You’ll be the first person that candidates meet in our process, so you’ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting and assessing top talent for our business. 
  • Extroverted personality - Of course, you need excellent communication and presentation skills, able to position yourself as a subject matter expert while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a talent acquisition team. 
  • Robust research skills, with proficiency in talent intelligence, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple searches and talent pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proven relationship management capabilities, with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Possess a data-driven mindset, utilizing recruitment metrics to guide strategic decisions and optimize hiring results.
