Requirements
- Current license from the North Carolina Department of Education
- NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
- Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Must pass a background check
Compensation (based on experience and assignment type):
1099 Contractor: $55–$70/hour
