Martial Arts Instructor for K-12 After School

As a member of our network, you will be matched with opportunities to teach Martial Arts (Karate, Taekwondo, MMA, BJJ) to K-12 students at schools, buildings, and communities across NYC. These teaching opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks.

As an after school instructor, you'll have the following responsibilities:

Develop age-appropriate Martial Arts curriculum for after-school students

Lead weekly in-person classes with enthusiasm and expertise

Establish a well-structured and lively classroom that keeps students engaged

Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment for students of varying skill levels

Build connections with students in a warm and inclusive environment

Track student growth and offer positive, helpful feedback

Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to teach

Create a memorable experience for the children in your class
